Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Football League Limited (The), Efl House, 10 - 12 West Cliff, Preston, Lancashire, England, PR1 8HU (EFL)
Eligibility: Entries are limited to one per person and the competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion (including those working for Wasserman).
Promotional Period: the competition shall open at 17:01 BST on 19th August 2024 (Opening Time) and close at 23:59 GMT on 3^rd December 2024 (Closing Time). Following the end of the Promotional Period, no other entries will be permitted. Entrants should note that whilst they may enter this competition at any time during the Promotional Period, entry into each of the Prize Draws is subject to the entrant having completed the Entry Route prior to the relevant Prize Draw Deadlines.
Entry Instructions: The competition is four (4) prize draws with a free entry route as set out below to win the Prize (Prize Draws). Entry into each Prize Draw is conditional on the entrant completing the Entry Route before the relevant Prize Draw Deadline. All entrants must complete the entry form hosted on [https://eflprizedraws.live.partnership-hub.co.uk/bristolstreetmotorsprizedraw] during the Promotional Period (providing all necessary information requested) to be in with a chance to win (Entry Route). Those who complete the Entry Route will receive a maximum of one entry into each the Prize Draw. In respect of the Entry Route, we will not accept:
- entries submitted after the end of the Promotional Period;
- entries that are only partially completed; or
- entries sent in through agents, other websites or through any means which intends to deceive or manipulate fair process such as through any automated or ‘bot’ entry process or through the creation of multiple accounts.
Each entrant may only complete the Entry Route once (i.e. one entry to both per person). The EFL has the right to disqualify any entry by an individual where that individual has made multiple entries into the Entry Route or where any entry made does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Prize: the Prize Draws are as follows and each of the Prizes (the First Prize, the Second Prize, Third Prize and the Fourth Prize shall be collectively referred to as the “Prizes” and/or the “Match Tickets”):
- First Prize Draw – the prize for the First Prize Draw is one (1) pair of general admission home tickets to any Bristol Street Motors Trophy match of your choice which is held between 27 August 2024 until 10 September 2024 where an EFL Club is the home Club in the match (First Prize). To be entered into the First Prize Draw, entrants must complete the Entry Route before midnight (BST) on 22 August 2024 (First Prize Draw Deadline);
- Second Prize Draw – the prize for the Second Prize Draw is one (1) pair of general admission home tickets to any Bristol Street Motors Trophy match of your choice which is held between 17 September 2024 until 8 October 2024 where an EFL Club is the home Club in the match (Second Prize). To be entered into the Second Prize Draw, entrants must complete the Entry Route before midnight (BST) on 10 September 2024 (Second Prize Draw Deadline);
- Third Prize Draw – the prize for the Third Prize Draw is one (1) pair of general admission home tickets to any Bristol Street Motors Trophy match of your choice which is held between 29 October 2024 until 12 November 2024 where an EFL Club is the home Club in the match (Third Prize). To be entered into the Third Prize Draw, entrants must complete the Entry Route before midnight (BST) on 22 October 2024 (Third Prize Draw Deadline); and
- Fourth Prize Draw – the prize for the Fourth Prize Draw is one (1) pair of general admission home tickets to any Bristol Street Motors Trophy match of your choice which is held between 10 December 2024 until 11 December 2024 where an EFL Club is the home Club in the match (Fourth Prize). To be entered into the Fourth Prize Draw, entrants must complete the Entry Route before 23:59 GMT on 3rd December 2024 (Fourth Prize Draw Deadline).
Note – you and your guest must be home supporters of the EFL Club that you select to watch using the Match Tickets. Match Tickets are subject to availability and no guarantees can be given that the Match Tickets will be available for: i) a particular match; ii) a particular EFL Club; and/or iii) that the match you select will go ahead on the date and/or time you have chosen. The event organizer/EFL may reschedule any match without notice and without liability whatsoever to you.
Winner selection: Winners for each Prize Draw will be selected as follows:
- First Prize Draw: all successful/valid entries who complete the Entry Route before the First Prize Draw Deadline will be entered into the First Prize Draw. The Promoter shall draw one (1) name using the randomized computer process who shall be deemed the winner (First Prize Winner) and the First Prize will be allocated to the First Prize Winner;
- Second Prize Draw: all successful/valid entries who complete the Entry Route before the Second Prize Draw Deadline will be entered into the Second Prize Draw. The Promoter shall draw one (1) name using the randomized computer process who shall be deemed the winner (Second Prize Winner) and the Second Prize will be allocated to the Second Prize Winner.
- Third Prize Draw: all successful/valid entries who complete the Entry Route before the Third Prize Draw Deadline will be entered into the Third Prize Draw. The Promoter shall draw one (1) name using the randomized computer process who shall be deemed the winner (Third Prize Winner) and the Third Prize will be allocated to the Third Prize Winner.
- Fourth Prize Draw: all successful/valid entries who complete the Entry Route before the Fourth Prize Draw Deadline will be entered into the Fourth Prize Draw. The Promoter shall draw one (1) name using the randomized computer process who shall be deemed the winner (Fourth Prize Winner) and the Fourth Prize will be allocated to the Fourth Prize Winner.
Note – you acknowledge that any Winner will not be entered into subsequent Prize Draws. By way of example only, the First Prize Draw Winner will not be entered into the Second Prize Draw, the Third Prize Draw or the Fourth Prize Draw.
A member of the Promoter’s verification team or a nominated third party (on behalf of the Promoter) will get in touch with the each of the Winners via email in order to verify their age, identity and collect their address details (which you acknowledge may be used to deliver the Prize you have won) within a reasonable time of the Prize Draw being completed. You acknowledge and accept that in this Prize Draw, the EFL may provide your personal details to Wasserman (the EFL’s nominated third party for operating this prize promotion) for the purpose of Wasserman conducting the verification process set out above. Should the Winner fail to respond to the Promoter’s/Wasserman’s (as the case may be) notification within 48 hours of receipt, the Promoter has the right to shall be deemed that the Winner has forfeited the Prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the original winner. Where a Winner fails to verify their age or is underage, they will be automatically disqualified from this Prize Draw and the Promoter will select a new winner using the same process as was used to select the original Winner. Note – you also acknowledge that i) in respect of the First Prize, Winners of the First Prize must respond to the Promoter’s notification by 4pm on 23 August 2024 otherwise the First Prize will be limited to general admission match tickets for Bristol Street Motors Trophy matches held on 10 September 2024 and no tickets will be available for 27 August 2024 matches; and ii) that Match Tickets may be unavailable for selection as part of any Prize where the match you request to attend is less than 5 days away from the date you made your request and the Promoter may exercise its Right Of Substitution (see definition below) without any liability to you in these circumstances.
Entrance into the draw will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize (or the part of the Prize replaced), in the event of circumstances outside its control making the Prize unavailable. The Prize may be subject to availability and change where expressly stated.
The EFL Club hosting the match selected by the winner to watch (via the Match Tickets) will be notified of the identity of the winners and their guest(s), and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. Any persons found subject to a club or court banning order are not eligible to enter this competition or claim the Prize. If a winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible for the Match Tickets, and the winner will need to identify a different guest(s) to use this part of the Prize.
Your entry (including winning entries) may be disqualified if we have good reason to believe you have broken these terms and conditions or if you or your selected guest acts in a way towards the EFL, the EFL Clubs, any of the EFL’s commercial partners, any other person entering the draw or EFL or EFL Club staff, which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified we may redraw the Prize and award it to another person following the same process set out in these terms.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be kept securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and/or Prize fulfillment by the Promoter and/or by any agent of the Promoter appointed to assist with running the promotion or administering the Prize (including Wasserman and/or any EFL Club (where necessary). Further information about the EFL’s use of personal data generally can be found in the EFL privacy notice at https://www.efl.com/efl-privacy-notice/. Use of your personal information will not include sending you electronic marketing communications unless you have opted in to receive such communications (and you are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time in the future). Note - you must bring this privacy notice to the attention of any guest(s) you may nominate and you agree that you will do this prior to providing any personal information of your guests to the EFL.
If a winner and/or their guest(s) has any special accessibility requirements in order to use the Match Tickets, the winner will need to make the Promoter aware of this as soon as the winner has won the Prize.
The Winner of any of the Prizes will be bound by any additional terms and rules of conduct set out by the relevant EFL Club, venue host (including training ground) or event organiser (EFL) (including, amongst other things any terms of issue associated applicable ground regulations, any ticketing terms and conditions (which can be found here: www.efl.com/ticketconditions), and other policies applicable to visitors at the venue or event). The Promoter and/or event organiser/operator (including EFL Clubs) reserves the right to refuse entry and/or require the Winner and/or their guest(s) to leave the venue or refuse entry should the Winner or guest(s) not comply with these terms, rules or policies, any applicable law or regulation or other reasonable directions or the promoter or event organiser/operator, or because of winners or guest(s) inappropriate behavior. The Winner is responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest(s) whilst using the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Winner and/or the Winner's guests are denied entry or asked to leave the match for failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or regulation or because of their inappropriate behaviour.
Your chosen guests must use the Match Tickets. Name changes are not permitted in respect of the Match Tickets, unless expressly agreed in writing (at the sole discretion of the EFL) on a case by case basis.
The Prize does not include any other facilities of expenses whatsoever, such as (by way of example and all of which are the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest(s)) the following:
- travel to or from the venues and associated charges;
- accommodation;
- travel insurance;
- tips, gratuities, room service, drinks or meals; and
- any other costs associated with the trip.
Insofar as permitted by law, the EFL, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize (except for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the EFL, its agents or distributors). Your statutory rights are not affected. The EFL is not liable for any business losses incurred by entrants.
The Prize winner may be asked to have photographs taken or participate in filming, editorials for press or promotion purposes of the EFL, and/or their group companies. These together with the winner’s name may be published.
Match Tickets will be provided to you by the Promoter or Wasserman (via delivery to nominated postal address or where e-Tickets apply, via email) or may be available for collection for match day collection from the venue where the Carabao Cup Round One match you have selected to attend is to be held. In either case, the winner must provide photo ID or the Match Tickets will not be released. Match Tickets may not be available for release or delivery at the end of the Promotional Period and as such, dates for delivery/collection of the Match Tickets you select shall be decided by the EFL in their sole discretion. You also agree that the EFL shall also have the right to provide e-Tickets to you via a nominated email address that you provide (to be decided in the EFL’s sole discretion) and the EFL makes no guarantee that you will receive paper tickets. You also acknowledge and accept that the EFL may also decide (in its sole discretion) to allow Wasserman to provide the Match Tickets to you directly via any of the methods mentioned above.
The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party of sold for any financial amount.

Subject to applicable law, the name and county of any Prize Winner will be available by sending a written request to: Commercial Department, EFL, Fourth Floor, Fifty Paddington, 50 Eastbourne Terrace London W2 6LGEFL. Entrants agree their name and county may be disclosed for this purpose.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any winners agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these terms and conditions.
